It also squashed many bugs and added Windows Media Player. It added the Longhorn, Metroclassic, Aero, Luna and Da Vinci (Da-Vinci was a modernised version of the Microsoft Plus pack.) It dident work very well because Microsoft abandoned it while making the OS, and not finishing it because of the new program. Reg-edit could still be acsessed with the run command or in the Windows folder.
The New REG-EDIT application was called Registry Changer. The main reason they removed Powershell is because of the lack of people using it since most people used the Command Prompt instead. It could be acsessed deep into the Sys32 folder. This build added a new Registry Editor, and also removed Windows Powershell. It also added a Startup sound, which was a mashup of the Windows 7 and Windows 8 unused startup sound, that can be found in the files to this day. It fixed many bugs and made the system more user friendly. This Build is widely know as the Bugfix update. It mainly added more themes and made the OS more appealing to the eye. There were only two of them, Metro and Classic. The build looked extremely different from the final build. and crashed multiple times during the conference. This build was shown off at the Microsoft Conference 2012, and was presented on YouTube.
